Refund and Returns Policy
Refund requests must be clear and valid:
Before purchasing, make sure to request a trial account. Monster IPTV provides trial access so you can test the service. If you are not satisfied during the trial, please avoid purchasing long-term plans.
If your internet speed is too slow, you may not be able to stream or fully use Monster IPTV services. In such cases, refund requests will not be accepted.
The Monster IPTV support team is available 24/7. If, for any reason, you are unable to set up the service on your device, this will not qualify for a refund. Please follow the setup tutorials provided for your IPTV device.
If you made a mistake while selecting your plan and completed the payment, you may submit a ticket in the support section titled “Payment Error.” Our team will review it and, if approved, process your refund. (Example: You intended to buy a 3-month plan but accidentally purchased a 1-year plan.)
Refund requests submitted after 7 days of account activation will not be accepted.
