Refund and Returns Policy

Refund requests must be clear and valid:

  • Before purchasing, make sure to request a trial account. Monster IPTV provides trial access so you can test the service. If you are not satisfied during the trial, please avoid purchasing long-term plans.

  • If your internet speed is too slow, you may not be able to stream or fully use Monster IPTV services. In such cases, refund requests will not be accepted.

  • The Monster IPTV support team is available 24/7. If, for any reason, you are unable to set up the service on your device, this will not qualify for a refund. Please follow the setup tutorials provided for your IPTV device.

  • If you made a mistake while selecting your plan and completed the payment, you may submit a ticket in the support section titled “Payment Error.” Our team will review it and, if approved, process your refund. (Example: You intended to buy a 3-month plan but accidentally purchased a 1-year plan.)

  • Refund requests submitted after 7 days of account activation will not be accepted.
